Version 1.2.0.4 of BCOE&M (M for Management) has been released. Download it now from Google Code or SourceForge.

This release address several bugs and feature enhancements that were reported to Google Code and SourceForge between October 21, 2011 and November 30, 2011.

Bugs:

• Issue 109: Admin Add/Edit of Entries
• Issue 111: Upload Image Function Allowing Non Admins to Upload
• Issue 112: Users Not Seeing Entries (Case Sensitivity of User Names)
• Issue 113: Registration Section shows Entry Window Closed Date
• Issue 114: Competition Contacts Not Working
• Issue 115: Incorrect Name on Results List
• Issue 116: Inconsistent Display of Entry and Judging Numbers

Enhancements:

• Judges and stewards are now able to register as either/both after the designated entry window has closed.
• Admins now have a "Numbers at a Glance" box on the main admin page to quickly get the number of entries, participants, etc.
• Rusults sheets now have a "club" column.

The Brew Competition Online Entry & Management (BCOE&M) system is an online application to assist homebrew competition hosts (of the beer variety) to collect, store, and output participant and entry data.

One of the biggest challenges of organizing a homebrewing competition is knowing who has entered what and how many come competition day. BCOE&M provides an online interface to collect this information beforehand and output it to compliant software for use on competition day.

Homebrew competition organizers that wish to have an online entry portal that can gather all of the necessary data from participants and their asscoiated entries.

BCOE&M is available in two options: Hosted and Download.
